An initiative of not-for-profit group, Habitat for Humanity SA, ReStore sells new or ‘gently used’ building materials and furniture donated by building companies, businesses and individuals.
Surplus goods, including paving and landscaping materials, tiles and flooring items, bathroom fittings, lighting and door hardware, that would otherwise have gone to landfill, are sold at heavily discounted prices, making home construction or renovations more affordable.
Funds generated by ReStore go towards Habitat for Humanity’s home building and improvement programs for South Australian families in need.
